At the end of the form it asks you to upload a copy of your Drivers licence, a copy of your last 2 Pay slips and a copy of the front page only of your Bank Statement, which are all used to Identify you.

A new requirement is for you to upload a copy of your Medicare card and also a picture of the back of your drivers licence.
