WA Loan Company was created in 2006 when the directors of the company saw the need to fill a void where regular finance companies couldn’t lend, because of their credit policy, on products that would be older than 10 years old at the end of the loan term. That is regardless of the quality of the customer.

The directors invested their own funds in WA Loan Company and since 2007 they have been lending to valued customers all over the state. As of the 1st January 2011, under the new Federal Credit Act legislation, we have now also become fully accredited Finance Brokers, which gives us access to a panel of lenders including Major Banks and Finance Companies. This means we can now handle loan applications from a little as $1500 to many $millions. The team are fully including Major Banks and Finance Companies.
